Many of us are still a while away from returning to peak fitness post-COVID (did you even do iso if you didn’t sloth on the couch and bake banana bread daily?) Serena Williams, on the other hand, has been going ham on the home workout-front. In fact, we’re sweating bullets just watching her latest TikTok vid.

The 38-year-old is currently prepping for the US Open next month, which is why her training regime seems so intense (to say the least.) Think weighted jump squats, ladder runs, resistance band pulls, plank hip dips and alllll the cardio.

“Did someone say tennis?” the post read.

This comes just a week after she shared an adorable gallery on Insta of herself and her daughter, Olympia, 2, hitting the court in matching kits. In it, Olympia holds her racket like a pro while mirroring her mum’s stance.
