If You’re A Capricorn, Do This Workout Routine

Capricorns are known to be one of the most ambitious zodiac signs. And there’s nothing more responsible than being able to schedule a good workout routine in between your work and social life. 

While most workout goals vary from person to person, generally speaking, trainer and fitness educator Sohee Lee suggests that you should try working out “between three to six days a week” (via Women’s Health). Since you’re a Capricorn who loves efficiency, you know that it’s not just about how many days you exercise, but the quality of your workouts. Capricorns should set goals to work out both mind and body

As a Capricorn, you do everything to the fullest, which is why Blogilates suggests you should do something that matches “your intensity.” A high intensity interval training (or HIIT) class may be right up your alley as far as a physical workout goes. However, it’s also recommended that you do something to exercise your mind as well, like a Pilates class. 

Since you are an Earth sign, Astrology Zone recommends you play up the Earth aspect and go on a hike or a jog. There can even be a goal aspect with a hike if you’re trying to reach a certain point. Considering you’re a very goal-oriented person, according to Well + Good, you’ll not only feel great from your exercise but can reward yourself when you get to the end of the trail or top of the mountain you’re hiking up. Some other fun recommendations include rock climbing and rollerblading. If you get really good at rollerblading or skating, you could even film a couple TikToks since skating seems to always be trending on the video-sharing app (via Bustle).
