People are doing all sorts to their genitals in a bid to keep the area clean and healthy.
Women using a sponge on a stick to clean up "excess fluids" after sex and men are putting toothpaste on their penises in a bid to help them last longer in the sack.
Now ladies have jumped on the dental product craze by using toothpaste to tighten their vaginas.
Unsurprisingly, doctors have warned against the method as it could do some nasty damage.

According to Vanessa Mackay, a consultant gynaecologist and spokesperson for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, using toothpaste to tighten the vagina is a myth.
She said: "Putting toothpaste into the vagina, or on the vulva, would not only be uncomfortable but it could also cause serious damage and disrupt the natural flora of the vagina leading to the potential for infections like bacterial vaginosis and thrush."
And some toothpastes contain small particles which could cause painful microabrasions to the vaginal walls.

Dr Oluwole Yusuf, a medical doctor in Nigeria, said he had seen a "recent obsession" in women resorting to using toothpaste to tighten the area.
He told the News Agency of Nigeria : "Toothpaste is caustic and too abrasive for a sensitive body part like the vagina and using such on it can destroy the organisms meant to protect the vagina from possible infections.
"When the vagina can no longer protect itself, the body is prone to infections which could later destroy the tubes and block the chances of getting pregnant."
Dr Yusuf also urged women to not feel "body-shamed" by their partners and to be confident in their own skin.

Alternatively, women could practice tightening and relaxing the pelvic floor as you would with normal Kegel exercises to improve the muscles down there.
It's simple and can be done by inhaling and exhaling the muscles several times. Repeat the two exercises for several days in a row before moving onto the next exercise.
Women could also work on strengthening their abs and lower back for their pelvic which could guarantee maximum pleasure.
