Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine, the resident doctor said the one-shot Moderna vaccine has shown to be “93 percent effective” in a study involving 12 to 17 year olds. Dr Hilary added that all 3,700 participants had “no illness at all”. Such positive results has assured Dr Hilary that children are likely to be vaccinated in the autumn. “Hesitancy is dropping,” he beamed. “Going forward, we’re in a better place than we were.”
